a) Invoice date or purchase, b) bottled brand(s) on receipt, c) Business name & address on claim & d) Bottler info & outlet number
Must submit claims within 60 days of purchase and no later than Jan. 13, 2027. No limit to # of bottled beverages added but only one (1) submission per brand per outlet will be accepted.
